Return of Failed Parts: All failed parts will be returned to Westport by the authorized Westport Warranty& Repair Service Centers for inspection of Oil contamination and diagnosis with the parts tag and RMA completely filled out.

If the parts are not received within 30 days of the repair date with a completed RMA and parts tag they will be charged back and claim will not be paid.

PHOTO OF VEHICLE'S ODOMETER AND VIN MUST BE SUBMITTED OR WARRANTY CLAIM WILL NOT BE HONORED
